Design


Ample of research papers are studied before designing the model of various subsysytems making sure that they abide the official rulebook presented by the competition. After designing every individual subsysytem is tested for various situation using the best software available in order to assure the reliability of the design. After assembly on the software, reiterations are carried out so all the subsysytem can come together and work in harmony. Software used: SolidWorks, autocad, Ansys, Catia, Lotus.

Manufacture


After completing all sysytem based tests and conformance of reliability the various subsysytems undergo various manufacturing processes. The requirements for various parts are fulfilled by a variety of machines.During and other machining it is made sure that the quality of the part is not degraded and structural integrity is optimum. Machines used: Laser Cutting, VMC, CNC, Lathe, TIG Welding, Bending, Hobbing and 3D printer
