Truimphant Racers Team is a student run, non-profit racing team based in Bharti Vidyapeeth College Of Engineering, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. We are a team of budding engineering students from various streams and we develop, design and manufacture a formula style car for competitions.
The engine department is responsible for the design and manufacturing of the gearbox and the cooling system
Brake department designs and manufactures master cylinder, brakes pad, axles, piston, balance bar, disc plate, brake calliper etc
Design and manufacture structure of vehicle for all the parts to come together and ensures coordination of vehicle and also ergonomics for comfort and accessibility of driver.
Vehicle dynamics department handles suspension and steering. This includes forces acting on the car, driver inputs and feedback, motion of the car with respect to various conditions on track.
Wheel assembly department designs and manufactures parts that connects mainframe of the body with the wheels through suspension arms. The goal of the department is to produce lighter performance oriented design of wheel assembly.
Taking care of all the Monetary associations with sponsors and also Technical associations with various leading industries in their genre.
Electronics department design and connects circuits to provide control for variety of systems in vehicle.
